Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AiCredits ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

AiCredits provides prepaid API access tokens for third-party large language models, primarily DeepSeek. We are an independent reseller and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially partnered with DeepSeek or any model provider.

3. User Obligations

• You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
• You agree not to use the Service for illegal activities, generation of harmful content, or violation of third-party rights.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys.
• You agree not to resell, redistribute, or sublicense API access without explicit permission.

4. Payments and Pricing

All purchases are one-time prepaid packages. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change. Payment is processed by Creem, a third-party payment processor. We do not store your payment card details.

5. Refunds

Refund eligibility and procedures are detailed in our Refund Policy. Generally, unused tokens may be eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase.

6. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service depends on third-party model providers (such as DeepSeek) over which we have no control. We are not liable for downtime or degraded performance of upstream providers.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AiCredits shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for:

• Generation of illegal, harmful, or deceptive content
• Harassment, spam, or unauthorized solicitation
• Violation of any applicable laws or regulations
• Actions that could impair or disrupt the Service

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service at our discretion, particularly in cases of Terms violation or abusive usage patterns. In case of termination for violation, prepaid credits may not be refunded.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
