Refund Policy

Our promise: If you're not satisfied, we'll make it right. Most refund requests are resolved within 24 hours.
1. Eligibility
You may request a refund if:
- Unused credits: You haven't consumed more than 10% of your purchased token quota.
- Within 14 days: Your purchase was made within the last 14 calendar days.
- Delivery failure: You paid but never received your API key (check Order Lookup first).
2. Non-Refundable Situations
- More than 10% of the token quota has been consumed
- Purchase is older than 14 days
- You violated our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy
- You purchased through a reseller or unauthorized channel
3. How to Request a Refund
- Email support@aicreditsapi.com
- Include your Order ID (found in your order confirmation email or via Order Lookup)
- Briefly state your reason for the refund
4. Processing Time
Refunds are processed within 1-3 business days after approval. The refund will be returned to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
5. Free Trial
Free trial tokens (100K) are provided at no cost and are not eligible for refund or cash value. There is no obligation to purchase after using free trial tokens.
6. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback with your bank without contacting us first, we reserve the right to suspend your account and any associated API keys. Please contact us first — we're here to help.
