• Email address — provided when you make a purchase or claim a free trial.
• Payment information — processed entirely by Creem, our payment processor. We never receive or store your full credit card number.
• Usage data — API call timestamps, token consumption, and model used, for billing and abuse prevention.
• Technical data — IP address (for geolocation and abuse detection), browser type, and access logs.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Deliver and maintain the Service (provision API keys, track quota)
• Process payments and prevent fraud
• Send transactional emails (order confirmations, API key delivery)
• Improve and monitor the Service (analytics, uptime monitoring)
• Comply with legal obligations

3. Data Storage and Retention

Data is stored on servers located in Singapore. We retain your email and order history for the duration of your relationship with us. API usage logs are retained for 30 days for billing verification, then automatically deleted. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

• Creem — payment processing (receives email and transaction data)
• DeepSeek / Upstream Providers — API requests are forwarded to model providers for processing. We do not attach your personal information to API requests.

5. API Request Privacy

API requests (prompts and completions) are forwarded to upstream model providers for processing. We do not log, store, or review the content of your API requests beyond what is necessary for abuse detection. We do not use your API requests to train models.

6. Cookies

We use a minimal cookie for Google Analytics (GA4) to understand site traffic. No advertising or tracking cookies are used.
